Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting
  1. In a large bowl or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together the 1 cup unsalted butter and 1 cup peanut butter, scraping down the sides of the bowl.

  2. Add the 3¼ cups powdered sugar one cup at a time, alternating with 5 tablespoons heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time.

  3. Add in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and whip on medium-high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until frosting is light and fluffy.
