  1. Brown meats then drain

  2. Add onions and garlic to meat then sauté until onions are translucent

  3. Add sauce, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, and simmer lightly 30 minutes.

  4. Salt to taste but I hardly add any.

  5. Tastes better the next day after all the flavors marry.

  6. You can freeze leftovers.
