Mexican Rice

Ingredients:

2 tbsp oil

2c rice

5 ½c water, reserve 1 ½c

8oz tomato sauce

2tbsp chicken bullion powder

Instructions:

Heat oil in pan then add rice. Stir constantly until rice is

evenly toasted.

Add 4c water, tomato sauce and bullion powder and bring

to a boil.

Boil UNCOVERED for 10 minutes.

Add remaining water, bring back to a boil.

Reduce heat and cover pan. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and leave undisturbed for 20 minutes.

Stir/fluff rice before serving.
