Garlic Parmesan Mozzarella Puffs
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F

  2. Cut the puff pastry into 24 equal squares

  3. Slice each mozzarella stick into 5 small pieces

  4. Wrap each piece of cheese in a square of puff pastry, pinching and rolling to form a sealed ball

  5. Place the puff balls on a baking sheet and brush each one with egg wash

  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed

  7. While baking, melt butter in a ramekin in the microwave, then mix in garlic and a pinch of parsley

  8. Toss the warm puffs in a large bowl with the garlic butter, parsley, grated parmesan and truffle oil (optional)

  9. Serve with your favorite marinara for dip
