Preheat your oven to 400°F
Cut the puff pastry into 24 equal squares
Slice each mozzarella stick into 5 small pieces
Wrap each piece of cheese in a square of puff pastry, pinching and rolling to form a sealed ball
Place the puff balls on a baking sheet and brush each one with egg wash
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed
While baking, melt butter in a ramekin in the microwave, then mix in garlic and a pinch of parsley
Toss the warm puffs in a large bowl with the garlic butter, parsley, grated parmesan and truffle oil (optional)
Serve with your favorite marinara for dip
