Squeeze the sausage out of their casings into a pan on medium heat, breaking up with a wooden spoon
Cook for 5-6 mins on medium heat until browned
Add passata, beans, pasta and water, stir and increase heat to bring the pan to a simmer
Cook for 2 mins less than packet instructions for the pasta, adding some extra water if needed if it gets too thick
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper
Stir and let it sit for a minute to thicken
Serve with Parmesan and chilli oil if desired
