Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice and shake well.
Serve over ice.
To make an espresso shot with instant coffee: mix 2 teaspoons instant coffee with 1 tablespoon boiling water. Use decaf if you wish. Cool before using.
Serving more than 1? Just increase the quantities and mix in a blender instead of a shaker.
Not a coffee fan? Just add half the listed amount!
