  1. Add all the ingredients to a small-medium bowl, and using an electric mixer beat until blended.

  2. Transfer to a jar with a lid, or scoop onto a piece of plastic wrap and mold it into a log.

  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.

  4. Enjoy on bread, pancakes, waffles, or as a sweet dip.
