Heat oven to 400° and place all three ramen noodles flat inside a cooking dish
In a sauce pan over medium heat, cook the oil and minced garlic until fragrant.
Bring head up and add cream, soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, and all packets from the ramen noodles
Add one cup water, stir, and pour over noodles
Add both cheeses on top, and place in oven for 8 minutes
Reduce oven to 365° and cook an additional 8-10 minutes
Remove and add egg yolk before stirring everything together
