Italian Herb And Cheese Sub Rolls
  1. Combine 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F), 2 tsp active dry yeast, and 1 tbs honey or sugar

  2. Mix in 3-3.5 cups all purpose flour, 2 tbs olive oil, 1 egg, and 2 tsp salt

  3. Add Italian seasoning, cheddar, and parmesan to taste

  4. Shape into sub rolls

  5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes
