Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Sauté onions, carrots, and mushrooms in olive oil. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Stir in garlic, tomato paste, and red wine. Simmer, then add beef broth, Worcestershire, seasonings, and gravy. Cook for 15 minutes.
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, cream, egg, and garlic. Mix in cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Preheat oven or kamado to 375°F. Cut 4.5" circles from puff pastry. Spray muffin tin and press pastry into wells. Fill with meat mixture, then top with mashed potatoes (use an ice cream scoop for uniform portions). Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
