Single Serve Chocolate Chip Cookie — Lunch Break
  1. In a bowl, add butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. mix this together using a spoon or mixer until the butter and sugars are completely combined and the mixture looks soft and creamy.

  2. Add the heavy cream and vanilla to the bowl, and mix those in until combined.

  3. Add the flour, baking soda and salt, and gently mix them in until a dough is formed.

  4. Add the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips and mix them into the cookie dough.

  5. Place the bowl in the fridge and let the cookie dough chill for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Around 10-15 minutes before baking, preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper/baking paper.

  7. Place the ball of cookie dough on the lined baking sheet and press some extra chocolate pieces or chocolate chips into the dough.

  8. Bake the cookie at 180°C (350°F) for 15-18 minutes.

  9. Remove the cookie from the oven when slightly underdone, and let it cool on the tray for 10-15 minutes so that it can firm up.

  10. Serve with a glass of cold milk, and let's eat!
