Vanilla Cupcakes
  1. Preheat oven at 180°C

  2. Line a cupcake tray with liners

  3. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl

  4. In another bowl whisk sugar, oil, milk, vinegar and vanilla extract until smooth

  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix gently

  6. Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling them ¾ full

  7. Tap the tray gently

  8. Bake at 180°C for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

  9. Cool completely, then frost as desired
