Thai Rice Noodles With Crispy Pork
  1. Boil pork belly in ginger, green onion, salt and cooking wine for 30 mins then pat dry.

  2. Sear pork belly on all sides until it's nice and crispy/charred then slice.

  3. To make the dressing, add all the seasonings listed and then the noodles and give it a good mix.

  4. Assemble the pork in a bowl with the noodles and serve with a side of lettuce + enjoy!
