Slice sausage into thin rounds
Dice zucchini & slice cherry tomatoes in half
In a large pot add a splash of oil, chicken sausage and veggies (option to brown sausage first then add veggies)
Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder, stir cooking for 5 minutes until veggies soften
Push veggies and sausage to the side & add Boursin cheese, orzo & broth
Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes
Remove cover & add 1 cup of water, stir until cheese melts & continue cooking for another 5 minutes while it thickens & water has been absorbed. Add another splash of water if it becomes too thick
Remove from heat once orzo is cooked through
Serve and enjoy with chili flakes as garnish
