Crispy Cheesy Potato Croquettes
  1. Peel, cut and boil the potatoes until fork tender

  2. Let potatoes cool for 10 minutes

  3. Mash potatoes and add spices and cornstarch, combine well

  4. Take 1 spoon of mixture, flatten it, place cheese in the middle, shape into a croquette

  5. Freeze for about 1 hour

  6. Dip each croquette first in beaten egg then coat with breadcrumbs

  7. Heat oil to 170-180°C (340-350°F)

  8. Fry croquettes until golden brown

  9. Mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, and garlic powder to make chili mayonnaise

  10. Serve croquettes with chili mayonnaise
