Add ½ cup self raising flour, ½ cup whole milk, 2 large eggs, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, pinch of salt, and 2 tbsp melted butter to a blender
Blend together and let the batter sit for 20 minutes so the flour can absorb the liquid
Preheat the oven and place your skillet in the oven for about 10 minutes
Transfer the hot skillet onto a high heat stove using oven mittens and add 1 tablespoon of butter
Pour the batter into the hot skillet
Mix 1 tbsp melted butter, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, and 1 tsp brown sugar in a small bowl
Swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter
Mix ½ cup flour, 1 tbsp softened butter, 1 tbsp caster sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla (optional) and crumble with fingers until crumble-like texture forms (add more flour if needed)
Top the batter with the crumble
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees until golden
Remove from the oven and allow to cool and deflate
Dust lightly with icing sugar and add icing glaze (double cream and icing sugar) or double cream on top
Serve and enjoy
