  1. Emulsify the chipotle peppers and chosen classic mayo until smooth to make the chipotle avocado classic mayo.

  2. In a pan, add lemon, soy sauce, minced garlic, butter, avocado oil, black pepper, and honey. Cook until reduced and thickened while mixing to make the lemon garlic sauce.

  3. In a container, add sliced cucumber and cabbage. Then add avocado oil, fresh lemon, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fresh parsley. Shake well to make the cucumber and cabbage salad.
