Cut up some sushi grade tuna
Mix the tuna with mayonnaise and Sriracha
Make sushi rice
Spread rice into a baking sheet
Freeze the rice until hardened
Cut the rice into bite sized cubes and fry it in oil until crispy
Remove from oil and pat dry with paper towel
Once dry, add some avocado slices on top followed by a spoonful of the tuna mix
Top off with a fresh jalapeño slice
