Chop the garlic, shallot and chilis
Wash and remove the big stalks from the holy basil
Stir fry garlic, shallot and chilis in some oil
Add beef once the shallots become translucent
Stir fry the mince until it starts to brown and add all seasonings
Mix well and add the holy basil
Stir fry until the leaves are wilted
Serve with white rice and optionally top with a fried eg
