Cheesy Garlic Knots
  1. Mix 1 cup warm water, 1 tablespoon yeast, and 1 tablespoon sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

  2. Add 3 cups flour, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and the yeast mixture. Knead for about 10 minutes until you have a nice, smooth dough ball.

  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and rest for one hour.

  4. Cut the mozzarella into 12 pieces.

  5. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece out and tie it into a knot.

  6. Create a pocket at the bottom of each knot, insert a piece of cheese, and pinch the edges together to seal.

  7. Rest the knots for 30 minutes.

  8. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

  9. While baking, melt 4 tablespoons butter and mix with 3 minced garlic cloves, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.

  10. Remove knots from oven and brush with garlic butter mixture.
