Homemade Ritz Crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 400 + line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Add the flour, sea salt + butter into food processor and pulse until small balls form

  3. Next add the honey, then slowly add in the water until mixed

  4. Form a ball, then on a lightly floured surface, roll dough to ⅛” thickness

  5. Use the cracker cutter to cut out the crackers + use a toothpick or skewer to poke 7-8 holes in each one

  6. Line up on parchment paper about ½” apart, brush evenly with the egg wash + sprinkle with flakey salt if you want

  7. Take the extra dough, form into a ball and roll to ⅛” thickness and repeat the steps above

  8. Bake about 8-10 minutes until golden

  9. Let cool, then store in an airtight container up to a week
