  1. Fry off 100g chicken and season with garlic granules and smokey paprika

  2. Add 10g chorizo and then I chucked in 20g reduced fat halloumi

  3. I used the Dina paniette white bread wraps that are 55g which are 123.7 cals to be exact and spread 20g Hellmann's garlic and herb sauce

  4. Topped with lettuce, all the goodies from the frying pan and that's it
