Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Arrange sliced apples evenly in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
Add flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Pour batter over the apples.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
