Homemade Gatorade Recipe
  1. In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of coconut water with 3 cups of water.

  2. Stir in ½ teaspoon of mineral salt and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.

  3. For the Orange flavor, mix in 2 cups of orange juice.

  4. For the Blue flavor, add 1 cup each of blueberry juice and grape juice.

  5. To create the Fruit Punch flavor, combine ½ cup each of pineapple juice, guava nectar, orange juice, and apple juice.

  6. For the Lemon Lime flavor, mix together ½ cup each of lemon and lime juice along with 3 tablespoons of maple syrup.
