Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add almond flour and yogurt to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine and then use a flat spoon or your hands to knead until the dough is firm and not sticky, 1 - 2 minutes. If your dough is sticky, add a little more flour and knead longer.
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Let cool completely before enjoying!
