Cut the tofu into cubes.
Make the corn flour crumbs by mixing the corn flour, salt, chilli powder and coriander powder.
Coat the tofu cubes in the corn flour mixture.
Add oil to the coated tofu and air fry at 190°C for 15 minutes.
Make the sauce by combining the chilli oil, soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, miso paste, agave syrup, lime juice, water and black pepper.
Heat the sauce on medium-high heat until thickened.
Add the crispy air fried tofu to the sauce and mix until coated.
Serve the chilli lime tofu and garnish with sesame seeds.
