Add peanut butter and honey to a mixing bowl. Stir until combined.
Add the protein powder and coconut flakes. Continue to stir until combined; you may need to use your hands if the dough gets too thick or add in a little bit of water.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough into your palms. Roll into balls until all dough is gone. You should get somewhere around 10-16 balls depending on how big your scoop is.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let them get cool before serving so they hold their shape.
