Cauliflower "alitas De Pollo"
  1. Divide the stem and leaves from the cauliflower head and set aside for the dip recipe.

  2. Divide the many tops of the cauliflower to have a “wing”like shape.

  3. Prepare the batter mixing together flour, milk, garlic, salt and black pepper until you have a smooth like texture batter.

  4. Mix the cauliflower wings into the batter.

  5. In a different bowl add the panko breadcrumbs and coat the battered wings making sure they are fully covered with breadcrumbs so that you’ll have a great crunchy texture.

  6. Air fry or bake them in the oven at 180* for about 20 min if you’d like to have them a bit crunchy in the middle or 30 min for a softer inside.
