Divide the stem and leaves from the cauliflower head and set aside for the dip recipe.
Divide the many tops of the cauliflower to have a “wing”like shape.
Prepare the batter mixing together flour, milk, garlic, salt and black pepper until you have a smooth like texture batter.
Mix the cauliflower wings into the batter.
In a different bowl add the panko breadcrumbs and coat the battered wings making sure they are fully covered with breadcrumbs so that you’ll have a great crunchy texture.
Air fry or bake them in the oven at 180* for about 20 min if you’d like to have them a bit crunchy in the middle or 30 min for a softer inside.
