Classic Crepes
  1. In a large bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the milk and microwave for another 30 seconds. Whisk together, then add the eggs and whisk until combined.

  2. Sift in the flour and add the salt. Whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

  4. Pour ⅓ cup of batter into the pan for each crepe, swirling to form a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until the edges lift, then flip.

  5. Slide the cooked crêpes onto a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, adding butter as needed.

  6. Serve with whipped cream, Nutella or chocolate sauce or berries.
