Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Quarter the biscuits and cook the bacon until crispy; set aside to cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, chopped bacon, and Campbell's pot pie soup; mix until well-combined.
Pour the chicken, bacon, and soup mixture into a 9x13" oven-safe baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
In a small bowl, beat the egg with a tablespoon of water to create an egg wash.
Arrange the cut biscuits on top of the mixture in the baking dish. Brush with the prepared egg wash.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
