Melt your butter in a pan over a low heat until bubbling then add the rest of your cobbler mix ingredients and loosely stir through and turn off the heat.
Don’t worry about lumps, they’re encouraged
Add your blueberries and stir them through
Add extra blueberries on top along with your sugar and your lemon zest
Get in the oven at 180oC for 35 mins
Finish with some ice cream, a pinch of flaky sea salt and enjoy!
