Iced Saffron Oatmilk Chai
  1. Bring 2 cups (16 oz) water to simmer in a pot

  2. Add 6 tsp (~12 g) chai & spice mix

  3. Rolling boil brew for 3 mins

  4. Add 2 cups (16 oz) milk of your choice (whole, oat, etc)

  5. Bring to boil and turn off heat

  6. Cover the pot and steep for 3 mins

  7. Strain into a container/cup and add sugar as needed

  8. Sprinkle a small pinch (3-4 strands) of Herati Saffron

  9. Wait 5-10 mins for the chai to cool down and then refrigerate

  10. Serve the cooled chai over ice and enjoy!
