Place a single layer of the quartered biscuits into a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and repeat.
Bake at 350⁰ for 30 minutes.
Place a sided baking sheet over the pan and flip.
Bring butter, brown sugar, and ice cream to a boil, allow to boil for 1 minute while stirring.
Pour the mixture over the pan of rolls, allow it to cool slightly.
