Add egg whites to a pan on medium heat
Once egg whites are nearly cooked, place the low calorie tortilla on top for 2 minutes
Use a plate to flip the wrap to the other side
Add all purpose seasoning and chilli flakes to taste
Add spinach to one half of the wrap
Layer ham or turkey, sliced tomato, and low fat cheese on top of the spinach
Fold the empty half of the wrap over and press down
Let the bottom of each side get crispy
Drizzle with your favorite low calorie sauce
Serve and enjoy
