Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant
Add chopped cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally
Pour in diced tomatoes with their juices and add dried oregano and basil
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cauliflower is tender
Stir in cream cheese until well combined
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted
Garnish with fresh basil and pepperoni if desired
Serve from the skillet or transfer to a bowl
