Cauliflower Pizza Skillet
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant

  3. Add chopped cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally

  4. Pour in diced tomatoes with their juices and add dried oregano and basil

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cauliflower is tender

  7. Stir in cream cheese until well combined

  8. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese

  9. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted

  10. Garnish with fresh basil and pepperoni if desired

  11. Serve from the skillet or transfer to a bowl
