Cretan Dakos (Ντάκος)

Preparation

  1. Soften the rusk under running water for 2-3 seconds

  2. Place rusk in a bowl, drizzle with half of the olive oil

  3. Grate the tomato, distribute on the rusk. If necessary, add salt/pepper.

  4. Crumble the cheese, place it on top

  5. Drizzle with the rest of the olive oil, decorate with oregano
