Baked Vodka Sauce
  1. Cook ½ lb pasta in salted water until al dente.

  2. Add 2 tbsp of butter to a pan with a dash of olive oil.

  3. Add 3 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add 3 tbsp tomato paste and cook for a minute or two.

  5. Add 1 shot of vodka. I like Tito’s!

  6. Add 1 cup heavy cream and mix until combined.

  7. Let simmer for 7 minutes to burn the alcohol off. Season your dish. Add ½ cup more heavy cream.

  8. Add your cooked pasta, a dash of pasta water, ¾ cup parmesan & ½ cup of mozzarella.

  9. Cook for a few minutes and then top with extra parm & mozzarella.

  10. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.

  11. Let cool for a few then top with more parm/ parsley and enjoy!
