Cheesy Chicken, Bacon And Pesto Gnocchi
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy then set aside for now.

  2. Coat the diced chicken in the chicken seasoning and fry off in the same pan until cooked through then set that aside with the bacon.

  3. Add the butter into the pan, once melted add on the flour and mix well cooking off the flour.

  4. Add in the milk, bit by bit, stirring continuously until a thick sauce has formed, adding more liquid if needed.

  5. Add in the mustard, pesto and cheese and mix well.

  6. Season the sauce to taste and then add in the chicken and half the bacon.

  7. Pop your gnocchi onto cook, once that’s done add it into the sauce along with the fresh parsley and mix well.

  8. Sprinkle over the remaining bacon, serve and enjoy.
