Mix ingredients.
Incorporate the cheese into the shaggy dough.
Add 2 tbsp of oil in a bowl and roll the dough in it.
Let rise for 1.5 hours.
Put dough on parchment paper, shape it, then put in Dutch pan to bake.
Bake at 450°F with lid on for 20 minutes.
Take lid off and bake another 5 to 10 minutes to brown the top.
