Soak nuts in water, for at least 30 mins at room temperature, or overnight chilled. Don't season the water.
Drain the nuts, and put them in the blender with half cup of the coconut milk. Blend for 3 minutes, until it forms a thick smooth cream.
Add the remaining ingredients, and blend for 30 seconds.
