Slow Cooker Corned Beef
  1. Add chopped onion, carrots, and celery to the bottom of an 8-quart slow cooker.

  2. Place the corned beef brisket on top of the vegetables and sprinkle the seasoning packet evenly.

  3. Pour in the beef stock followed by the lager beer.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 8–9 hours until the meat is tender.

  5. Carefully remove the corned beef and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

  6. Slice against the grain and drizzle with some of the reserved broth before serving.
