Use unsalted butter
Bake at 350°F for 13-15 minutes
Cream the brown butter, brown sugar, and white sugar
Add the molasses and egg
Add the vanilla extract
Grate the ginger
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined
Top with coarse sugar
