White Chocolate Raspberry Loaf Cake
  1. Mix eggs, melted butter, greek yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest together

  2. Fold in flour and baking powder, mixing until a batter-like consistency has formed

  3. Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips

  4. Pour batter into a parchment paper lined 9x5 loaf tin

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

  6. Place a piece of tin foil loosely over top of loaf about halfway through to prevent the top from burning

  7. Remove cake and let cool completely

  8. Top with buttercream frosting, slice, and enjoy
