    Ingredients:

    Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (circulating air).

  2. Spread a thin layer of the leftover tomato-based sauce across the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish.

  3. Add the minced meat and break it apart slightly with a spoon.

  4. Add the drained kidney beans and white beans.

  5. Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, and salt.

  6. Mix well, making sure the minced meat is broken up and evenly coated.

  7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

  8. Remove the dish, top with cheese slices, and return it to the oven using the broiler setting until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

  9. While broiling, bake ½ of the Turkish bread at 200°C for 10 minutes (or according to package instructions).

  10. While the dish finishes, prepare the toppings:

  11. Serve the hot bean and meat mix in bowls with avocado, creme fraiche, fresh veggies, and warm Turkish bread on the side.
