Homemade Pizza Night (Regular and Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees (convention bake) and separately in the air-fryer, cook gluten free crust at 450 degrees for 4 mins.

  2. Spread fresh dough on a buttered pan.

  3. Sauce both crusts and add desired toppings.

  4. Put fresh dough pizza in main oven for 15 mins. Set a 7 mins timer to put the gluten free pizza in for the remaining 8 mins.

  5. Let pizza cool on a cooling rack before cutting.

NOTE: Try cooking both pizzas in the main oven on different racks for the main cook time.
