Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine (excluding noodles and spring onions) and set the slow cooker to high for 3 hours or low for 5.
Once cooked, take two forks and shred the chicken into strips.
Add the 'straight to wok' noodles and stir to combine and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Serve topped with freshly chopped spring onions (or your favourite 'crunchy' ingredients!)
