Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower
  1. In a medium pot, heat oil at 375 F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Add the water and whisk until smooth. Add the cauliflower and stir to coat. Make sure to coat all the cauliflower florets really well.

  3. Lift the cauliflower florets out of the batter, allowing any excess to drip back into the bowl. Fry in batches for about 5-7 mins. Set aside.

  4. In a small pan, warm up 1 stick of butter and add ½ cup buffalo sauce and cook for a couple of minutes. Toss the crispy cauliflower into the buffalo sauce and mix well.

  5. Make the yogurt sauce by adding 1 cup Greek yogurt, 3 stalks scallions (thinly sliced), juice of half a lemon, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp minced garlic into a bowl and mix well.

  6. Spread the yogurt sauce on a plate and place the dressed Buffalo Cauliflower on top. Spoon the excess sauce on top of the cauliflower and Devour!
