One Pan Garlicky Zucchini Pasta Bake
  1. Grab an oven safe dish. Toss in the diced zucchini.

  2. Drizzle in the avocado oil, add the salt, onion powder, and chili flakes or aleppo pepper. Mix well.

  3. Add the Boursin cheese disc in the middle.

  4. Cut the top of the garlic bulb, drizzle with oil, wrap it in parchment paper, and add it to the pan.

  5. Put the dish in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 400F.

  6. Before you pull it out of the oven, boil the pasta for 5.5 minutes in generously salted water and strain it.

  7. Bring out the baked dish from the oven, use a fork to gently smash the cheese and squeeze the garlic out of the bulb. Add grated parmesan and fresh basil. Mix well, toss in the boiled pasta and mix well again.

  8. Top it with more grated parmesan, fresh basil, and chili flakes.
