Two Ingredient Cookies
  1. Combine almond flour and dates in a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.

  2. Add warm water, 1 tbsp at a time, until the dough is pliable.

  3. Press the dough into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate.

  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the dough and spread evenly.

  6. Chill for at least 15 minutes.

  7. Cut into bars and enjoy.
