Combine almond flour and dates in a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.
Add warm water, 1 tbsp at a time, until the dough is pliable.
Press the dough into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Pour the melted chocolate over the dough and spread evenly.
Chill for at least 15 minutes.
Cut into bars and enjoy.
