2 Ingredient Donut Holes
  1. Mix yogurt and flour with a spoon until the dough is shaggy

  2. Finish mixing with your hands until the dough comes together (it will be sticky)

  3. Break off nugget-sized pieces and roll between your hands a few times lightly to form rough nugget shapes

  4. Cover the dough pieces while you heat your oil

  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and test temperature with a wooden spoon or small piece of dough (bubbles should appear around the spoon within 5 seconds, dough should float to surface)

  6. Add as many donut holes as can comfortably fit in the pan (no more than ⅔ full) and let them float to the top

  7. Move them around every minute or so and cook for 3-4 minutes until dark golden

  8. Remove from oil and place on kitchen towel to drain excess oil

  9. Toss immediately in sugar and cinnamon mixture

  10. Wait at least 10 minutes before eating

  11. Enjoy warm or cold

  12. Alternative Air Fryer method: Preheat air fryer to 189°C for 5 minutes, spray drawer with oil, arrange donut holes in single row, spray tops with oil, bake at 180°C for 5-6 minutes, shake or flip, bake for another 4-5 minutes, drain on kitchen towel and toss in sugar
